Our programs do work with Frist-Time Home Buyers looking to buy the home of their choice to start their path into Home Ownership. Our programs are separate from traditional lending because we qualify our Home Buyers by their downpayment and verifiable income with no credit necessary for financing!

DOES THE MONTHLY MORTGAGE WORK WITH MY INCOME AND IS THE MONTHLY PAYMENT FLEXIBLE OR FIXED?

When it comes down to the monthly mortgage, we provided a fixed monthly rate that will not increase for the life of the loan. The monthly mortgage is determined by your income earnings, ensuring that you can still have the same lifestyle but enjoy being a Home Owner!

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCEEDING WITH THE LSNC SECONDARY FINANCING PROGRAMS?

The greatest thing about our programs and the minimum requirements for qualifying to buy the home of your choice is that we don't work with credit. We work with your downpayment and verifiable income.

With a minimum requirement of 10% Downpayment and Yearly earnings of $36K or more!

DO I REALLY GET TO CHOOSE THE HOME OF MY CHOICE, OR ARE THERE REQUIREMENTS IN SELECTING A HOME?

Every LSNC Program allows the Home Buyer to choose the Home of their choice, but there is an exception to the rule. The Home must be in livable conditions to ensure you can live in the Home upon closing and funding!
